With nearly 10 years of experience as personal trainer and a background in Biology, I specialise in training women, helping to integrate fitness seamlessly into busy lifestyles. Whether you're a professional woman struggling to fit workouts into your routine or a new mom looking for empathetic support, I am here to guide you towards achieving your fitness goals without the hassle of fads or Instagrammable-workouts.
